Last updated: July 6, 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of SheetData (“the service”), operated by [Company Name], [Registered Address]. Please read them carefully — we’ve kept them short and plain.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SheetData, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use SheetData on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms for it. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. The Service

SheetData syncs data from data sources you connect into Google Sheets you select, on a schedule you configure. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms and within the limits of your plan.

3. Your Account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity that happens under your account and team. Keep your access secure, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed as a subscription through Stripe. Plans include monthly sync and row limits as described on our pricing page; if you exceed your plan’s limits, syncs may pause until the next period or an upgrade. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime via the billing portal — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Your Data & Responsibilities

The data you sync is yours, and it stays yours. You’re responsible for the data sources you connect: make sure you have the right to access and export that data, and that syncing it into Google Sheets doesn’t violate any law, contract, or third-party rights. We recommend connecting data sources with dedicated, read-only credentials. We never store your synced records — see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

Please use SheetData as intended. You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to breach its security, circumventing plan limits, reselling it, reverse-engineering it (except where the law permits), syncing unlawful content, or disrupting the service for others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

SheetData relies on third-party services, most notably Google Sheets and Stripe. Your use of Google Sheets remains subject to Google’s own terms. We’re not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations in third-party services — for example, if Google’s API limits or changes affect your syncs.

8. Availability & Disclaimer of Warranty

SheetData is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep syncs reliable, but we can’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a sync will never fail, be delayed, or write unexpected results. Keep backups of data that matters to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost data in your data sources or spreadsheets — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for intent or gross negligence.

10. Termination

You can stop using SheetData and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms. Upon termination, your configuration data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and notify you of material changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
